How do I Book?

• Start with "Book Now/Book an Appointment" icon OR select a "Speciality" icon

• Search & Select Doctor

• Choose the type of your visit, if it is an "Hospital Visit" or a "Video Call"
• Select Location, Date and Time slot of your choice

• Confirm your details on the next page

• Click on "Pay Now" & Pay using any of the Payment modes and book your appointment

How do I attend the Virtual Consult?

Note: Always enable the notifications from the app

Connect from Notification you receive

You will receive a notification when the doctor is ready. Click the notification and you join the call with Doctor

• Open the app to see your upcoming appointments.
• Access the Appointment and Click on Call to join the consultation.

• When the doctor is ready to take the call, you will see a “JOIN” button available.

• Click "JOIN" to connect to the video consultation.
